Why
I can't download cards larger than 32M from
my HP camera to W2K/XP?Why does it say card
needs to be formatted when trying to download
to W2K/XP?
HP
digital cameras can not directly download
cards larger than 32M to W2K or XP.
Q2
What
is the difference between SD and Multimedia
cards? Which is faster?
The
cards are different technologies and devices
that use MMC may not be able to use SD, please
refer to the device manufacturer to confirm
compatibility before purchasing. SD cards
are also Physically thicker than MMC.
In devices designed to use both, SD will be
faster than MMC by a noticeable amount. SD
also offers secure features.
Q3
When the user tape the video and store the
file in MMC on Nokia 3650 , they will play
the video without any sound ! We have used
the other function for example take photo
, sound recorder and store the file in MMC
, there is no problem !
We test TEC(128MB), Hitachi(32MB) ,
Transcend(128MB) , Twinmos(128MB-SMI260
older and new version)….several different
brand of MMC on Nokia 3650 and we have
the same problem ! (We are not sure which
controller do these MMC have ) Just Hitachi(16MB)
which is sold with Nokia 3650 is no problem
. There probably have some firmware issue
of Nokia 3650 .We suggest user upgrade
the new firmware if Nokia 3650 have.
Many user use Camcoder application which
is not identified by Nokia OK to tape
the video , and this application is not
stable on Nokia 3650 . This application
may conflict with other application software
on Nokia 3650 . We have to suggest that
the user don't use this application software
which is not identified by Nokia OK.
