1. How do I become a member for TwinMOS site and can I access TwinMOS blog and Forum with my same ID and Password?

Answer: It’s very simple, visit TwinMOS home page and find “Become a Member” under the “Member’s Area” section. Fill the simple form with correct information and you will receive a confirmation mail with activation code. Simply follow the instruction and the procedure is done. After log in please don’t forget to edit you profile with full information. Yes, only one registration is enough for accessing every section of TwinMOS site like TBlog, TForum, Online shopping etc. and we never permit multiple accounts against one person.

2. I'm having trouble to creating an account with TwinMOS.

Answer: If you are creating an account, please make sure you enter in a full email address and a password that's at least 4 characters long.  If you receive an error that the email address is already in use, you probably already created an account on a different TwinMOS Forum.  Just click the 'Login' link and enter your email address and password.  If you forgot your password, you can click “Forgot your password” and if you forgot your user name, you can click “forgot your user name” a link to reset it will be emailed to you.

3. I forgot my password, how can i set a new password?

Answer: If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot your password” link under the login and enter your email address.  A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.  Then follow the instruction. 4. I haven't received my password reset email and it's been 15 min, what should i do now?

Answer: It may happen suddenly and it’s possible that your email provider may be flagging the password reset email as spam. Please add “ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as a safe sender to your Contacts list and that should help prevent it from going to spam on the major email providers (Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, etc.) and also you can give a try to your Junk or spam mail to fine the password reset mail. If it’s not work please contact with us immediately.

5. Why can't I create a new account with my same email address?

Answer: You can only have one TwinMOS account per email address, this account works on all TwinMOS sites like- TForum, TBlog, online shopping at TwinMOS etc. If you try to register multiple accounts with same email ID, our automatic system will give you error message. You can choose different usernames on each forum, but it's all tied to one global TwinMOS account with your email address. We recommend using your email address and password to login, as usernames can change on different forums and you may incorrectly remember a username. If you forgot your user name or password please user “Forgot your password” and “Forgot your user name” to access the account again.

6. I'm trying to reset my password, but I don't know which email address I used (I have lots of email addresses).

Answer: There is two options, "Forgot your Password" and another is "Forgot your Username" but if forgot your email address then you have to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for reseting your password but you have to proof that you are the real owner of that ID. If there is any discrepancy, then the ID will be blocked permanently. So, our suggestion is to use a single email ID for all of the online activities, there is less chances to forgot and to lost the password as well as.

7. Can I use BBCode for adding Bold text, icons or any URL to this Forum?

Answer: Yes, we accept most of the BBCode and you can use that easily but adding BBCode all the time is not recommended. BBCode is often very useful to stress key ideas in a better way.
